Publication FFER : A Relationship with your parents is a right

16 février 2021

Lieu: Bruxelles
Tarif: 30 €
A stock take on the 30 year history of family contact centres, the transformation of families and parenthood, advances in family law legislation, changes to professionals’ concerns, and ways of designing childcare and support...How to continue to implement practices to enable children separated from their parents or families to remain in contact, to reconnect, to deal with their circumstances in a place that allows them to reconstruct themselves: that was the challenge of this conference and remains the challenge today.  Now, through videos and written material, this booklet enables you to acquire legal, psychological, sociological, and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of the issues involved in supporting the dynamics of parenting. It also enables you to question what work should be pursued and developed with families.
This booklet forms part of a multidisciplinary field and is aimed at professionals as well as students working in the field of human relations and families: the judiciary, social workers, family contact centre facilitators, hosts and managers, teams in charge of family policy... And families who are involved with family centres.
